The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing space to come back to after a day of exploring. The hotel also offered a ski pass vendor service, which made it convenient for us to hit the slopes without any hassle. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, a small gesture that made us feel valued as guests.
All in all, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The spa facilities were good, and the location was alright, too. the room was decent enough.
My experience at this hotel was ruined by the staff. They were not welcoming at all, and seemed to only care about German-speaking customers.

The spa facilities were a highlight of our Christmas stay. The pool and sauna were well-maintained and very relaxing. the location was conveniently situated near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a varied selection of food.
We felt that the staff was not as welcoming to non-German speakers. We encountered some language barriers, and some of the older staff members seemed less interested in assisting us.
